Those kiosks that you see at shopping centers are actually computers. And sometimes they crash too. I’ve personally seen an ATM reboot and load its startup programs. Very interesting because I’m pretty sure some of those programs are used to open up the cash register to dispense money.
Anyways, this is a kiosk found in KLCC. Probably a visitor guide kiosk.
