Things are finally settling down for me. No more emails from my host telling me my site has been suspended due to overloading of the server resources, bandwidth usage is going back to normal.

But I have been doing a lot of thinking lately. I am in contact with Tomasz Rychlicki, a lawyer from Poland who's explaining to me my rights and why Apple cannot make any claims on my pictures, video and software. For further reading, go to his site here.

IF (a BIG IF) everything goes right, I might be able to release my software without the fear of Apple's lawyers coming to get me. That's something I hope will happen in the future ;) As for now, I just want to get back to my old life. Normal blog posts coming up tomorrow.
